Study promoted by Usach academics, raises potential diagnosis of Alzheimer's through the eyes

A group of researchers, led by Doctors Max Chacón and Leonel Medina, from the Computer Engineering Department of University of Santiago of Chile, carried out a study that could provide an innovative way of detecting this degenerative disease through the eyes. Specifically, through the electrical signals generated in the retina, before different visual stimuli.
